I highly suggest you to contact your bank where you got the debit card. File two claims and explain to them your reasoning and what happened. Do it ASAP. Do not wait six months later. The bank will investigate your claims with the merchant and the process should take several weeks. You should receive your refunds ruled in your favor. This should be permanent. Also, change or get a new debit card number that way the merchant can no longer charge you. Do this every time or with a credit card if you are defrauded.
