You bought a 23 year old car for the equivalent of about $1000, it breaks down and you want your money and game back....right?
"inside of the car was so gross, there was tampons in the front, sticky residue on dash, mold on the spare tire, water damage in the trunk, carpet with food, mud and dirt stains..."
It also sounds, among other things, like the car was a flood salvaged vehicle.
Not so sure the dealer didn't see you coming. You bought an absolute piece of junk with your eyes wide open.

Why did you buy a gross car? Were the tampons in the car during the test-drive? How did the brakes perform during the test-drive? Was the carpet dirty during the test-drive? Did the car come with a warranty or did you purchase the 22 year old car AS-IS?
