Leisure Product Languna Bay Spas Do Nothing Spas Con Internet, Tennessee
Please we need an attorney for a class action suit this company does the samething to everyone. We have gotton no results from them They delay until you have no recourse. I tried a charge back on my credit card it had been to long. They lie stating that they had tried to call many time and even tried to email they did not. This Spa is a piece of junk. I would fear for my life to enter it again.
The best one was that they wanted pics of the jets which are rusted and black. Then we were told that the warranty is void because we had used the clemicals incorrectly. Isn't it odd that we bought the chemical free Spa System salt water. We called to get direction to make sure we were mixing correctly. We also were told it was the heater. We have two new heaters that was sent to us and never installed.
After hiring an attorney we were finally offered $1000.00 in parts tobe installed at our expense we declined this offer. We want our money back.
I will begain to post anywhere on the internet to advise people don't buy from this company I woud think with this many people complaining of these underhanded business dealing we can get them investigated or put out of bussiness.
