Lexi beauty had an advertisement that was giving Away free hair extensions and I thought it seemed too good to be true. I ordered one free extension and they then tell me 1 month later that they sent it to the wrong address asking for my address again and I sent it. They then emailed me saying they cannot send another and that they have already sent it to the address that doesn’t even exist. Which means it didn’t get sent anywhere. I was so mad because I thought I’d be getting beautiful hair extensions that were advertised as free and I never was able to use them. They never emailed me to tell me that there was an issue with the shipping address before sending it out. I had to contact the company after looking at the shipping tracker and realized that it shouldn’t be taking so long to ship when it was in my city already. I hate that I was charged for something I never received. That’s why I decided to research this company, there website is down stating "we’re getting a hair lift” or something in those lines. I also read ripoff reviews for this company and it saddens me that people are losing money over this scam. I wish I could get some kind of compensation but the person emailing me from Lexi beauty does not care one bit. Anyone who gets scammed by these types of company i am truly sorry. I hope reading this will make you more aware of these ads and Scammers.
