Lexington Overstock Warehouse Won't Answer to Issues with Damaged Furniture Lexington Kentucky

I purchased a couch from Lexington Overstock Warehouse and had issues with the quality after 5 months of having it. I sent in a warranty claim along with pictures (as instructed to do) and never heard anything from them. I called 4 days in a row to speak with the person who handles warranty claims and was told that there is nothing that can be done unless it was a manufacturer defect. i explained that I feel is IS a defect because of the way the back cushions (stuffing) were constructed. I don't understand why they even have warranty complaints when they then say there's nothing they can do.
