wow..what a Scam! Liberty just refuses to pay legitimate claims. I would Never use this company...Very tight! Very cheap! Claim Rep I spoke with was not very sharp at all. My $600 claim was refused even though I had an abundance of proof. Thet shopuld Not represent restraunts if they REFUSE to pay food poisening claims!!!!!!This company is useless.

F/P claims are medically almost impossible to prove. You HAVE to prove that you become sick off the exact food you ate at the location and not anything else you have may have eaten with the past 72 hours. Which I can assure you, you did not do. Just because a dr. says you have f/p does not mean you got if from that location. Why in the world would an insurance company pay for your claim just because you said you got if from there, and can't prove it? If insurance companies pay everything people claim there would be no such thing as insurnace. My suggestion is to toughen up, and quit filing stupid claims. If you get sick, hey you'll get better in a few days, you don't need money for it, or need to go to a dr. because you feel bad. It happens to everyone.
