Liberty Mutual Insurance ripoff consumer fraud Chino Valley, Arizona
i sent 312.10 to this company for a financial loan coverage which was to go into effect on April 15,2002. Well Now it May 7,2002 And no one will return my phone call or send my money back needless to say i never recieved the loan like i was promised.

I am rebutting the complaint by Lisa only because in reading her complaint I believe she has lodged a complaint against the wrong company. Liberty Mutual is the 7th largest property and casualty insurance company in the country. We provide both personal and commercial lines of insurance. We are not a financial loan provider. Since Lisa states she applied for a loan (for which she had to pay?), and Liberty Mutual is not a banking institution, I must assume she may have dealt with a comapny with a very similar name. She has my sympathy in what appears to be a bad situation. However, we are pretty darn proud of our company, and would appreciate a complaint listed against us to note it is incorrectly attributed. Thank you very much!
