I am a very busy business owner with no time to send out complaints such as this..... but after my experience with Limited Goods I became overtaken by the urge to let my voice be heard by others who, like myself, find it very unfair that there are companies out here that take advantage of customers and do not stand behind their word. 

After having searched for and found a "wireless" headset on Ebay (item: Plantronics EncorePro) I chose to purchase the item from Limited Goods.  This was a big mistake.  Besides the fact that the item took too long to be delivered, the headset was not wireless as I ordered it.  My first thought was to exchange it but I decided to keep it for another phone in my office.  This did not work either because the wired apparatus headsed did not fit into the phone.

When I called in to Limited Goods to voice my complaint and request a refund I was told that, though the company would email a return slip, I would be charged a 20% restocking fee.  The Representative whom I spoke with, George would not budge regarding my demand for a full refund.  Although I would have been totally fine with discussing an exchange for the correct product with George his attitude and nonchalant demeanor made it clear to me that this company does not care about consumer satisfaction. 

Limited Goods is a rip off.  I suggest all consumers steer clear of this company.  Find another company to purchase from.
