Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I ordered the Wu-Yi Source tea product February and canceled well before the 60 day period. I requested a refund of the $29.95 less shipping of course with an email to [email protected] because after calling the Wu-Yi number they tell you to go to their website.

I sent the unused product back via USPS with DELIVERY CONFIRMATION to Wu-Yi Source 5300 Ontario, CA 91764. Note; they claim it will take two weeks to process a refund, So ther goes another two weeks added to the 60 days limit. Will keep this site updated on this part of the story.

I checked my bank account as I OFTEN do and saw a charge for $19.95 from "IW / LIVING LE" and did a Google search. I couldn't find it until I added letters to spell LIVINGLEAN. Bingo.

If you ordered the Wu-Yi Tea, be very careful of this company. They will charge you $29.95 for the first shipment even after cancelation because it's after two weeks. Cancel the shipping insurance too. Beware of the LIVINGLEAN charge.

They will charge you $19.95 per month for get this; "Monthly Internet Website Monitoring" fee. Call them and DEMAND this charge be removed, credited back to you and cancel the Monthly Monitoring fee.

Their number is 866-396-5711. Make sure they give you a confirmation number. They said the $19.95 charge will be credited back in 2-3 days. We'll see.

If you found this Ripoffreport.com site do a search for "Living Lean" to view all 88+ reports and if it's to late for the charge's to be credited back to you, as suggested on this website, go to your bank and file a "REG E" form if you used a credit card or check card.

If LivingLean or Wu-Yi keeps charging your card after you cancel, then close out your card and obtain another one. It's a bit of an inconvenience but worth it and file the "REG E" form.

If you found ripoff reports site before ordering Wu-Yi Source Tea, your lucky. The tea may or may not work for you but I suggest staying away. I don't believe two weeks is enough time to evaluate this product. If you just ordered, immediately send and email or go back to the website and cancel the Shipping Insurance and the LivingLean monthly website fee @ 866-396-5711.

Be Safe.

Cecil, Our company handles some aspects of customer service for some of the Living Lean programs. Living Lean is a bonus program that would have accompanied an order that you may have placed for Tea. You had a free trial period, if you did not wish to continue the program you simply needed to contact Living Lean's customer service department and express a desire to cancel prior to the end of the trial period or anytime thereafter. To address the number of complaints our company has online, please keep in mind that online complaints boards are open forums where anyone can say anything about whomever they please without any proof of their claim. We sell between 15,000 and 25,000 programs a week and we have been in business for over 8 years. We have had over 4,000,000 customers and the number of complaints that we have on online complaints boards are less than .05% of our customer base. Though the number of complaints we have is very low when compared to the number of customers we have or have had, there are still more than we would like. As you can see while you were reading the online complaints boards we take the time and spend the energy to locate those complaints and post a response describing the service that we offer and more importantly giving you the customer service number to contact to resolve your concerns. If you also notice we are one of the few companies that search out those complaints and leave a way to contact us to resolve your concerns, this alone should show that we care about our customers, all of them, even the ones that post negative and sometimes outright lies about our company on the internet without giving us the opportunity to resolve those concerns first. If you are another customer needing to reach customer service for Living Lean it is 1 (866) 396 - 5711, they are available Monday - Friday 9 am - 9 pm Eastern Time. If you call this number you should get a friendly helpful agent that will be happy to help you with your account. If you are another customer that is reading this and you have already tried customer service, but feel that we have failed you in some way or you feel you weren't treated fairly please call me directly at 435-773-1795 or email me at [email protected] I will be happy to address your concerns ASAP. Sincerely, Online Customer Support

Living Lean has credited my card the $19.95. I informed then that the only product I ordered was the Tea. Still waiting for the Wu-Yi Source to do the same.
