Cecil, Our company handles some aspects of customer service for some of the Living Lean programs. Living Lean is a bonus program that would have accompanied an order that you may have placed for Tea. You had a free trial period, if you did not wish to continue the program you simply needed to contact Living Lean's customer service department and express a desire to cancel prior to the end of the trial period or anytime thereafter. To address the number of complaints our company has online, please keep in mind that online complaints boards are open forums where anyone can say anything about whomever they please without any proof of their claim. We sell between 15,000 and 25,000 programs a week and we have been in business for over 8 years. Living Lean has credited my card the $19.95. I informed then that the only product I ordered was the Tea. Still waiting for the Wu-Yi Source to do the same.
