I got a 1500. Loan. In feb 21st i got put into the hospital and i called and told them  the guy I talked to said pay when u can well I got out of hospital may 18th and come home it was repoed. They didn't even give me a chance to let them know I was out of hospital and I could start paying may 26th now they want me to pay 3500 to get my jeep out I'm a single mom of four kids I cant even go to work now cause they wont even work with me like they said Im only three myths behind

If your written loan agreement says it's okay to be three months behind in your paymments for ANY reason you have a case.

Ir not, I'd say they gave you all the leeway they could. You borrowed from this company because your credit was in the toilet and a reputable lender didn't want anything to do wiih you.  You WERE late, they wanted their money and that's their right.
