Logmein Used a digital signature from a previous charge to set up a new contract. Largo Florida
This company used a digital signature from a previous charge to renew a contract but then never sent our accounting department an invoice. We did not know we were being charged until 8 months later when it went to their collections. Now no one can help at logmein because it's in collections and collections doesn't really care about my complaints.
It's a clever way of deceiving a consumer actually. Use an unauthorized digital signature, let it sit for 8 months and send it to collections and let them do their thing... Do not give logmein a digital signature! Thats what i learned the hard way!
