Lowry Services what a ripoff attempt lancaster, Pennsylvania
I called lowry Services (lowryservices.com) at 717-672-0760 Lancaster, PA to get an estimate on replacing my compressor in the central air conditioning unit in my home. One reason I called is I like to get a couple of estimates before I get any major work done and I believe they are on Angie's list, which I now have to question the value of? Lowry Services wanted to charge me $89 just for the estimate and thats all I wanted and expected. I did not expect them to do any work or adjustments or have to use any tools all I wanted was a stinken estimate for which they wanted to charge me $89. How come in the past when I have had contractors, carpenters, tree surgeons, painters and fencing contractors give me estimates their estimates are free. Our country my be still be in or is coming is coming out of the second worst economic times in our history and loway Services is going to charge me $89 dollars for an estimate that give some one work, Fat chance I don't think so lowry Services change you logo to a dollar sign it would be much more fitting.
