If we charged your card... it was done so before you cancelled the order. And for that we apologize. But, what would be the point of doing this, when we would have to simply refund you later? As a result we no longer take credit card information over the phone. When a customer places an order, they are sent an email invoice. We send the invoice thru either PAYPAL or Goolge. Both process payment for us and offer the customer added security. We hope this assures anyone reading this, we take our customers private information very seriously.
