I worked for this company for close to a year as a Phlebotomist. Lisa Demarco was my hiring manager. She often lied about mailing my paychecks and I would have times where I wouldn't get paid for weeks, even though I was supposed to get paid weekly. She is a very rude person and talks to her employees like dogs. Myself being one of them. She once told me, that it wasn't her problem that I didn't have my paycheck and that I was behind on my bills because of it. She was the one who was supposed to mail my checks. It felt as if I was working for free the majority of the time. Even thoughI'm no longer with the company, I still had to contact her, because of not receiving my W-2 form. She told me she "mailed", it out on January 31st,2017. It is now February 28th and I've not received it, via mail. She told me that she wouldn't mail another copy to me and if I wanted it, I could pay for it. Not what I wanted to hear. I proceeded to email her asking for the EIN number to get it off the IRS website. She told me that she couldn't give that out. I checked the IRS to only find out that Lyneer Staffing isn't complying with the IRS. I have multiple emails from her acting unprofessional and refusing to do her job correctly. Something needs to be done about this and this so called Manger! From what I can tell on their website, There isn't any information about being able to report a complaint or any contact info for contacting anybody higher up on the chain of command. I'm irate and very disgusted with this company, including LISA DEMARCO!

Contact the IRS and also the NJ Division of Taxation and let them know that your former employer is refusing to release your W-2 and is asking you to pay for a copy.  List Demarco as the contact person.  Do not even give them a warning.

Also, if you think they owe you any money for unpaid wages, contact NJ workforce development and make a claim.  Let the state and federal government deal with it.  Watch how fast you get your W-2 and hopefully they get fined as well.
