We give you that information in all of our scripts, and then once you accept the offer, you are transfered to our verification department, where they record your voice receipt,and let you know once again that the discount is in exchange for the 90 minute presentation. We do have a quality department that listens to all of our recordings to make sure, that all of the points of the promotion are discussed. once you call the customer services line to solicit your cancelation and refund, We listen to the tape, and if something is not clear, or pointed out to you, we are definately willing to cancel your package, and process your full refund.
