It has been reported recently that the Macaroni Grill in the Palisades Mall has closed. The rent for the location has increased and that was the decision for the pull out. So no bad or good service here anymore... no service.

Depending on the restaurant, groups over a certain no. are automatically charged gratuity. This leads to servers who are less than motivated since they know the tip is included. Unfortunately you got one.

The manager of the Macaroni Grill in the Palisades Mall in West Nyack offered a refund, gift coupons and an apology. With their generosity we do hope to dine again there again.Anticipating better service.

After submitting this report, my husband(who had paid the check) informed me that we were OVER-CHARGED 18% as opposed to the 15% which is stated in their menu.
