Mademoiselle Health Club - Mademoiselle Spa And Fitness Center - Connie Hamilton Ripoff! Hot Tempered And Shady Staff Extremely Rude And Militant Staff Scam Artist Club Once you pay your membership they think they have some kind of god like power to control you! Brampton Ontario
I had signed up for this club only 3 days ago and so far was not impressed by the receptionist who never cracks a smile and the extremely young ( 15-19?) staff members who have no idea what they are doing half the time. If I knew when I joined this club that it was a chain of Premier Fitness I would have turned back and ran as fast as I could.
On my third day at this club I politely asked one of these staff members if they could hold my back somewhere in since I forgot my lock at home. I was stunned to see this staff member get immediately upset and tell me condescendingly that at all times I was to bring my lock with no exceptions. I have never experienced such rude treatment in a gym environment, but decided to brush it off as nothing.
I decided to go to the gym area and stated that I would just bring my gym bag in with me and stated I did'nt want to be an inconvenience to them, so I will just take my bag with me. About 20 minutes into my workout on the elliptical machine two very young girls without uniforms to even indicate that they were staff members approached me very seriously demandign I leave my gym bag at the front, the one girl "CONNIE HAMILTON" who claimed to be the manager and the owner of the club refused to hear my side of the story how the first staff member refused to hold my bag. CONNIE HAMILTON continued to become agressive and edgy and I knew I was not dealing with a stable character so I refused to talk with her further.
After feeling mistreated and angry for being bullied by these staff members, I came out to the reception area requesting head office contact information..again in a polite and civil manner. This girl CONNIE HAMILTON had stated that she "did not feel comfortable with me being there" in was canceling my membership on the spot. I demanded my money on the spot and she tried to use control and manipulative techniques to make herself look superior in front of te other 4 staff members aimlessly standing around. She refused to refund my money and said she will not return it to me unless I complied with her controlling and very militant and unprofessional conduct to grant my refund. I ended up having to snatch the reciept and club agreement out of her hands and leaving this club. I am now reporting this club to the Better Business Bureau, I am also in the process of attaining legal advice to retun my $125.00 I paid in cash to sign up for two months.
This girl CONNIE HAMILTON seems like she just got out of prison with her hard and extremely shady manner.
Trying to get a head office number from these staff members was next to impossible...I am still searching for it.

Well, I don't believe you know Ashleen Daykin, for one she would not associate with a liar and a fraudster such as yourself, by misrepresenting yourself as a "friend" of Ashleen Daykin you cannot repair your already damaged reputation, get a reality check dear, you have alot to learn about life and how to treat people properly and I advise you learn quickly or you will find yourself in a lot more trouble. Let me also add that you are putting yourself in a very precarious situation. By making false statements against a consumer you are getting closer and closer to a BIG lawsuit.
Next time you decide to mistreat people and spread your hostile attitude and lies everywhere think twice, because you never know who you may encounter and what trouble someone else can create for YOU!!!!!

I was on here for my own purposeses looking up a company when I came across this article. I know Ashleen Daykin and she is known for doing this to get free things from companies or people and she is very difficult to deal with so I am not surprised. She has created unnecessary problems for a lot of people.
Even in her complaint you can tell she was making trouble. Everyone knows that you can not bring your bag with you on the floor there. If you know you are coming to the gym why would you not bring a lock or leave it in the car?
You can not believe everything you read you never know the source. I asked one of the workers there and they stated that she was very unreasonalbe and explained the protocol. I have been a member there since 2005 and the staff was fabulous. Ashleen you need to stop doing this to people and companies. By any means no one is perfect but this is very one sided and unkind.
