My issue with Magic Mesh was resolved the next day but I had to make a couple phone calls. The company stated that the buy-1-get-1-free is frequently goofed up (my words not theirs). Many people order 2 screens- when we really want one. We simply need to order 1 screen and the company includes/sends the free screen.
My order came promptly and was intact w/no damage. My credit card was charged the proper amount. I still suggested Magic Mesh make changes to their website so ordering would not be such a fiasco. All they need do is add a line telling us to put a "1" in the order box (and we will automatically get the free set). They could also build a confirmation page that allows you to change/confirm your order.
I'm now a satisfied customer- but it took a couple phone calls on my part. * If you did what I did and put a "2" in the order spot, please be persistant in contacting the company. Call them directly and follow-up with them. Also check to ensure they corrected any charges on your cc bill. They were very accomodating. But goodness this was a frustrating experience!
