Magic Tracks Placed an order and then was told it was on back order. My order was not completed. They also advertise only sold on the internet and my daughter bought it at toys are us. When I tried to cancel the order I was hung up on for three consecutive times. They refused to allow me to speak with a supervisor and gave me a customer service number which is only a recording and then automatically hangs up on you. Internet
Ordered from Magic Tracks company and was sent an email stating the order was on back order. All inventory was on back order but can be bought at walmart and toysrus.
This was a gift for my grandsons and was not delivered. the number for customer service to cancel orders is only a recording to wait for shipping and then hangs up on you.-
The number for customer service is 844-463-1127 The numer to order is 800-431-0493.
You cannot ask for a supervisor or they will hang up on you. And you cannot cancel your order.
This company is definately a rip off
