MAJOR WORLD - QUEENS NY THIS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH! QUEENS, New York
I recently purchased a vehicle and while conducting the transaction everyone was all smiles and promises were made.
Its almost one month since I signed on the dotted line and I have not received my registration form nor have I received the title to the car.
Whenever you call the number listed all the receptionist have amnesia. You can not get a straight answer from anyone. The service is absolutely horrendous. I would not recommend Major World to anyone.
I have been calling the office since Monday the 26th and nothing. Since I am still under my 30 day mark I am considering returning the car on Saturday if I don't get a response by Friday.
This truly unbelievable.

I dealt with that same company years ago and trust me you better run back and get your money. Making a very long story short, I bought the car, financed it through the dealership. Car broke down, I had a warranty. They ignored my calls. I stopped paying the note and fixed the car myself for 3000. Four days after fixing the car they took the car. Took them to court, got the car back marked paid in full. Run!
