charged me for a renewal that I was not using ,emailed them numerous times no response

How did you cancel your subscriptiong? You said you told them, but you didn't explain how.
What email did you send your mail to? This post may give you the right email address.
Also, did you deactivate the auto-renewal by following one of the ways posted here?
