Marc D Wasserman - AAA Credit Service Collection Agency On July 2nd of 2003 I was in car accident were a lady ran a red light across an intersection and hit me. My vehicle was then towed and totaled to S and K towing in San Juan Capistrano. I then had to g Internet, Internet
So in July 2nd 2003 I was in a car accident. A lady ran and red light and hit me causing my vehicle to be towed and totaled to S and K towing. I Got a lawyer and long story short with the investgation of the police department they found that the lady was guilty and she was at fault. So her insurance company paid all the fees. I even got a new car.
I then grew up out of my teen years and into my adult stage married and went to buy a house and come to find out I cant because the towing company reported me to AAA Credit service. When I called this company not only did they cuss and yell and use all nasty language but they would not even help me or my sistuation. I have all my case numbers and paper work stating the lady at fault. Anyways I thought after 7 years this would be done with insted they want to extend another 4 YEARS on this what the hell!!! I don't know what to do. To make matters worse I tried contaction my old lawyer who A: Moved different location of office B:while explaining to the secretary she said "OH him He not a lawyer what are you talking about"? I have Wrote letters to this company and everything and they dont give a rats A**

i ha d a similar situation with this company.....i did have an accident and some reason it was on my credit report. i must say however the outcome was a bit different.. i did my release of liability and mailed it to AAA credit and i was surprized that the very same day i got an emailed from AAA credit telling me that the charges were gonna be closed against me and that they would take it off my credit report..
it was a pleasant surprize...
