My Peoples Advertising - AKA My Peoples Scams
This is in response to the ad written by My Peoples Scam in Margate Florida. The scam capital of the
USA. The author of this complaint stated that our company BANCORP OF USA ripped him off for $1,200.00. But this company never published their name in the report. We know who they are, and now you the public will also know. We met this company on Craigslist List, where every scam that is known to man has been introduced. This company stated they could run 20,000 ads on Craigslist List,
for our company for the amount of $1,200.00.
We had our staff check Craigslist List daily, and were only able to locate a few ads in far west cities, and when we contacted Greg/scammer, he could only tell us that his team was working on posting the ads. He sent us a contract to sign and an invoice to mail a payment. He also stated that his company had over 50 (fifty) employees diligently working on posting our ads. After further checking the address on
the invoice, the goggle map, and the county recorders office, we learned that he was working out of dilapidated house in a rundown neighborhood, and he was the only employee. Typical for the scams that were run of Florida.
We requested associates in Florida to drive the address, and we received the report that it was a
single family house, and not a high-rise office building with 50(fifty) employees. We are enclosing a link from goggle map showing his the address he claims is his high-rise office building after this we knew we were being scammed, so we withdrew from the contract, and contacted our attorneys to take
legal action. We are also reporting this company "My People's Advertising"/ 'My People Scams' to all Better Business Bureau's, Chambers of Commerce, and all the Consumer Websites,

You know how it's been said that if Bill has a problem with John, and Frank has a problem with John, and Mike has a problem with John...well the problem is John! So it is with this band of thieves. In our first complaint against "Michael Simmons" we clearly gave the numbers and names of "other" companies that have been deceived and Ripped Off by these low lifes. Here again is another voice coming to join probably (hundreds) of folks that have been lied to and robbed from these "we have no conscience" type of people. (see below)
I answered an ad on craigslist regarding getting auto financing. The company that was represented was Bancorp Funding/Bancorp
Of USA. I was contacted by a guy name of MEL BROWN. HE told me that
his company has cosigners that will cosign for me for a car.
He said they use Swapalease to find the cars, and pick a car that I
want. I found a car, they sent me a application to sign. I did that
and they said everything is good, and they have got the car I wanted
secure. I was told to send monies to secure to lease. I was told to
send $1056 via moneypak to JAMAL SIMMONS, who is the controller of the
company. This guy MEL BROWN kept coming up with more excuses for me to
send money. Everyday there was more reason why I hadn't gotten my car.
His Dad died, there was storm damage to his house, he didn't answer my
calls. This all has cost me $4000, now he 678 has disappeared. Mel
Brown claimed that he was moving to Atlanta, to open a new office. Mel
Brown was using a phone # 678-245-4988, which was a number attached to
the first # 214-998-0133. All numbers are disconnected or blocked.
These creeps need to be stopped. I have been contacted by other
craigslist users, and they have been ripped off as well. The bottom line,
got no car, and lost, 4 grand

The sad thing about the individual above (outside of being robbed & taken advantage of) is that our Wolf In Sheeps Clothing "MICHAEL SIMMONS" ask me to see if we could get this persons negative postings taken off of Craigslist. He gave me a cockamanie story that this individual was behind (6) payments on his BMW and that "Bancorp" needed to go a repossess the vehicle. And that all this negative expression was this persons way of trying to get back at them.... These guy's are really just to much.
You know you have to take decisive action when a group or an individual "like these people" have ZERO remorse and actually seem to enjoy BURNING people. Again....please anyone reading this right now... please just take a minute and call the other people mentionedin our first report or call me. I will tell you the TRUTH.

P.S. ...the liar that posted this report blamed us for not putting our name in the body of the complaint (wow) he has a copy of the signed contract...we sure do! The name of our company is "MY Marketing People" He did not even get that right...I'm sorry ...but this person is not only evil but slow, stupid, and retarded. CASE CLOSED!!!!
