EDITOR’S COMMENT(1/25/2021):  Ripoff Report strongly believes in the First Amendment, especially when consumers are truthfully warning other consumers about potential frauds, scams, rip-offs or the like by shady individuals or businesses.  Ripoff Report is by consumers, for consumers…and we want to keep it that way!  Unfortunately this Report was posted and, upon additional information, appears to have been primarily for the purpose of bullying or harassment.  In many instances Ripoff Report will reach out to the author of the Report to obtain further information.  In other instances, enough information is provided to Ripoff Report to warrant redactions without reaching out to the author.  Ripoff Report is working to combat tactics that are perceived to be cyberharassment, cyberstalking, cyberbullying and/or what is generally considered a “revenge post” as we do not condone such behavior.

NOW TO THE EDITORIALLY REDACTED POSTING(S):

(((REDACTED))) used (((REDACTED))) of (((REDACTED))) for my 2014 return. and to look over my 2012 and 2013 returns. I thought everything went fine in that tax year, When 2015 started I uploaded all my 2014 tax information to them over a prolonged time span. To my shock 9 business days before 2014 taxes were due they decided to drop my case and not do my taxes. I felt pretty overwhelmed finding this out 9 days before my taxes were due, and that I had nobody to do my complicated taxes for me. Or that I’m due a huge refund and each day that goes by I am 1 more day away from getting that money. Has anyone tried to get an accountant in April?

When I questioned them via email then social media they not only released non public sensitive information about my 2014 taxes on TWITTER but threaded and bullied me with Legal action for speaking the truth. What ever happened to having my private information protected by my accountant? Not only that but to release it on twitter?! They pushed me over, kicked me while I was down, and spat on me before leaving... This was the worse company I have ever dealt with and (((REDACTED))) was totally abusive.
