Mark Milstien (914) 213-0602 He was supposed to fix my mac pro and just stopped conversing with me rock tavern, New York
I shipped my computer to him to get the logic board replace and he notified me of when he recieved it and after about a week i was told the repair was going to be 450 dollars which i paid promptly but then he stopped replying to me and now wont send my computer back paypal has refunded the 450 but i still want my computer

Situation was left alone and this post is Now invalid due to the fact that it is 2 years old and situation was handled , The person named in the report isnt being held liable for this report and i wish for it to be deleted as the author of this report i would like someone from RR to remove this report as a person with the same name feels its slander/Libel and defamation of character because his name was mentioned and claims the other information to be his aswell he claiming it wasnt him and honestly i dont care for the situation as i did when it happened i would like this report to be removed from the site or at the least Make this an Official voiding of this thread.

i apologize this issue was settled within court last year i honestly forgot i written this i wil have it removed promptly

I am Mark L. Milstein, and that is my home address & telephone number. However, I am not in the computer repair business, and I have taken any computer.
I don't doubt that this incident occurred, nor that it is entirely possible for someone named Mark Milstein to have perpetrated this. However, the fact that you arbitrarily presume it was me makes this slander.
I urge the write of this posting to re-check the facts. Additionally, I would urge you to recind the posting.
Although this website states that the person posting these preposterous allegations will remain anonymous, I can assure you (the person who has posted this) that this is NOT the care. Any attorney worth his salt will confirm this. Don't forget, the website will plead ignorance, and all legal culpabiitly will fall upon you ultimately.
Additionally, I will offer you this: Contact me via telephone at (914) 213-0602 and discuss this with me. If you still believe I am the one responsible, leave your posting. I will then refer this to my attorney.
You have arbitrarily and capriciously slandered my name. This is a serious civil issue, and I can assure you that your failure to take action will cost you in the end.
Give me a call and I will hopefully show you that this is NOT me. The onus will then be upon you to remove/rescind your baseless allegations.
I will offer you this last thought: I don't live in Long Island, as you can see from my address. Did you take the time to check? I know two other gentlemen in Long Island with the name Mark Milstein.... did you take the time to check?
Posting your complaint; on this website was likely a frivolous and impulsive move on your part. However, I remind you that your actions are not without consequence. You have slandered my good name, and my good reputation.
I will not allow that to stand.
Call me, if you have the nerve to confront the truth. I don't know how you came up with my name, but please do this: Post the numbers of the PayPal transaction, or the PayPal Dispute number? If I'm the person who did this, what was the tracking or delivery confirmation number? Produce something... anything, that shows I am involved in this.
You've made a grave mistake here. Don't get in any deeper. Do the right thing, and I will not pursue this any further.
