Hired Mark to do work for me. Paid him half up front then half when finished. Had him work on two websites at a then hired him for third job gave him $200 to start. After he finished some changes on my website and I paid the final payments everything seemed okay. Until I attempted to login to my account. When I realized I had been locked out. I was finally able to get my hosting to change my info. I could not have password changed because the email address we changed to a strange address. And worst of all the work done was complete reverted back to before he made the changes. I quickly contacted him and he played along with the weird let me look into that. We then I checked the other website he worked on. And same thing and same email address. Expect this one had a comment. Mr. James Hodge pay your contactor. At first I thought it was someone hacked the website. Then I realized it was something more. I mentioned this to Mark and asked if he contactracted my job out to a 3rd party. Where he responded "Definitely not! I think this person is just trying to get money from you. Not to worry though. I have backups for the sites. I will get it all solved today. " At this point I knew something was up. So I emailed the alleged hacker to ask him why we did this. I received an email that he was trying to get the owners attention because he was not paid for the work being done. He did not hack my websites he just took out the ID's that he created for my websites because he was never paid. So I decided to look a little further into this issue. Because Mark said he did not pay a 3rd party. So Mark hired a guy from O Desk then never paid him. So the guy did what he thought would get the owners attention little did he know that Mark did not own the websites. The unnamed person that Mark hired sent me over screen shots of where Mark hired him giving him my website address. I received screenshots from his O Desk account. So not only did Mark lie to me twice he was busted. I was not mad he used a third party. I was mad he gave someone my login details then did not pay them. So my websites were comprimised. I almost gave him access to our main website which I thank god I did not. Because he could have destroyed our business.
Mark is a fraud and a bad person. The fact that I paid him and he hired other people to do a job and then did not pay them is a horrible thing to do. Not only that I suffered because he decided not to pay his contractors. Please do yourself a favor and do not use this person. When you speak with him he seems to know what he is doing but he is a crook. He wanted access to my control panels after this happen. I refused to give him any more access. I am fighting to get the money back and he has not even reached out to me to find out why I am filing a case with paypal with him.

Scammed me under the name matt delgado zoustudio [email protected] agwebtech . Paypal DID NOT refund my money and sided with him even though he delivered nothing. Paypal security is terrible could you please contact paypal on this issue and tell them you are filing a lawsuit and need his contact information.
