mark ostarly who hails from river-ridge and worked for his brother's company riverridge plumbing is a professional thief! he stole goods from a Metairie plumbing company and never gave them the money.Then he ripped off several clients in the lakeview area. Mark ostarly isn't just a thief but is also very abusive and has venereal diseases.He has different children in different cities with a variety of women.He killed his x-girlfriend in tennessee.Mark ostarly is a convicted murderer!!!! He deals,sells and does drugs!!! if you are considering doing business with this loser then you deserve everything that comes to you!!!mark stalks women,beats them up,abuses and is a very obsessive person! please beware!!! mark doesn't have a state license or education!
