Mark Taylor Residential Services Kathleen Danuser Charged Victim of Violent Assualt on Apartment Property with Lease Fees Scottsdale, Arizona
An anonymous friend used to be a tenant of Mark Taylor's property called The Legends. She was there for over 2 years when she was violently attacked in her apartment. The police told her she needs to move due to her life was in danger.
Plus, every time she walked around her own apartment, she could not function. Being present where the attack occurred was too much. She was not functioning.
So she negotiated with the property that the last 90 days left on her lease would be waivered and she would only have to pay for 30 days. But she did not get it in writing due to the severe emotional stress and overall complete ruin she was dealing with all due to someone attacking her in the apartment..she was not thinking.
Thus, when it was time for her to move out she got served with papers. Now remember, this is someone who was brutally attacked INSIDE her apartment, so when a stranger forcefully knocks on the door, just within a week or two after being raped, she would not open it. And the person knocking was someone serving her papers on behalf of the apartment complex. The entire thing was a mess.
She was raped emotionally and physically.......then again by the apartment complex.
She even tried to resolve this issue with corporate and they flat out lied saying there was never an agreement reached. And every day she deals with bad credit due to this being placed on it.
It is just terrible...why would she ask to leave early (90 days before her lease was up) unless she had to due to the attack. The entire thing is terrible and I think the apartment complex should be charged with a crime for what they did was wrong!
FYI..They recorded over the security camera tapes from that night placing the attacker at the scene of the crime.
Entire thing is horrible. I wish someone would take a stand against Mark Taylor. She is completely distraught and still can't function properly.......all the while with a HUGE blemish on her credit record due to this tragic, violent incident.
