Massey Services Houston Failure to Perform Pest Control Services Houston Texas
I contracted with Massey Pest Services roughly a year ago and was unhappy with their service from the start. They never once treated the outside or the inside of my home, but billed me for services that they never provided. I live in a town home which is gated and one of the representatives from masssey alleged that I gave them a gate code and they performed the service, which is untrue since I do not have a gate code nor any type lockbox on my home. I just paid them another $85 today and told them for the 3rd time to cancel my service we will see if it actually works this time. Hopefully this helps, but be very careful when dealing with this company because they automatically bill your credit card and do not perform the services that they are contracted to do.
