Complaint Review: Matco Tools Pat De Blasi Area Manager Kenneth Ross And Michael De Villa - Anaheim District Orange County California

Tool sales nightmare

As a mechanic at Pomona's KKW trucking for more than 13 years my husband and I knew Michael De Villa he was a Matco Distributor for our trucking yard. He talked us into going on as a sales reps for Matco, but Pat De Blasi was a general Manager for the whole area of Southern CA and he asked us to Florida on a convention for the company. It was very impressive the only thing that the personnel forgot to mention was that all sales be entered into a direct telephone transfer line and we did not know how easily the old DSL lines were hacked into.

We had a few vice cops next door to us that told Matco that they needed our property for an R2 project house for the local recovery house. We had been residing in the same home for twenty plus years and we did not know how much these disturbing Los Angeles vice stingers were up too. One had been dismissed from the LAPD for corrupt activities with Rampart investigations. We were in the wrong place at the wrong time to start a business. Pat De Blasi was informed about many of the sales that had taken place false buyers that moved their operations to Oregon along with our credit and 7,000 dollar tool boxes. Several false buyers were sent out before we found out that Matco in Stow Ohio had their own credit backing bureau for their sales agents. One day after taxes and we paid 30,000 for other people to not pay us that year.

I over heard Charnessa Holmes and her half sister LA Nita Edwards next door say "s**t she Still has the House in her name" After stinging us for 30,000. So the business's resumed for another year with Matco's credit backing and we were able to catch up a little bit until my father in law borrowed another 30,000 from us and wanted to open another route in Pico Rivera. He did fairly well for a few months but parked his van in Anaheims Shore Line Mobile Home Park where he resided and the vice cops ripped the whole van off tripping all alarm systems and rolled hydraulic lifts gates and several thousand dollars of tool boxes right off of his truck with a team. It went unnoticed until Allstate offered him10,000 for 100,000 of tools and one of the sisters worked for Allstate Insurance at that time.

It had taken several years before I could put the pieces of this story together. Unfortunately, I don't know what was going on but one of Charnessa's Holmes, colleagues aka, Kevin Sanders rented a small apartment from Dominic Cammarota, on Wilshire street in Fullerton, from my father in law, then rented at the same time under boyfriend to Charnessa, aka Kevin Swan in another unit next door to me at 221 N. Lincoln Street. When I got wind of the situation they had me drugged. A friend of theirs sat across from me in the student quad, and dropped a pencil. I picked it up, and she slipped a mickey in my diet coke. After being induced I quit law school at Fullerton College. They wrote a restraining order on me. Because I was so messed up by the hallucinoginic they popped into my cola on campus, they were able to move me to Ojai where my parents lived while I re-cooperated. The only thing is a few months afterwards, someone roofed my mother, for helping me. My mother was 60 when this happened. She came home from a school where she worked for thirty plus years stoned on acid as well, she never re-cooped. All together they stole 30,000 in the first three and a half months of business. Then they stole Dominics whole Van 100,000.

They also stole a sub-hauling contract which Dominic Camarota ran along side his many business's for Con Agra - Hunt Wesson where Dominic invested his entire retirement of 250,000 dollars in savings into repairing road safe newly renovated rigs for a Triple H company. The company Triple H never paid Dominic Back for his time and repiars to make the tractor trailers road safe. Dominic paid crews of mechanics to work on the trucks. That company never existed on La Mirada O.C. County Court business records, it was a sting again, the whole scenario was very scary.

I actually divorced my husband of twenty-three years over all these circumstances he would not ask them why or when or anything. Charles Roberts, my ex-husbands French friend from Kung Fu School had set up the sting along with Charnessa and La nita and Kevin Swan. My ex-husband was not informed until later that they did it for him so I wouldn't sue him for half the homes we owned together for twenty three years. So far Charnessa Holmes and Kevin Sanders, Swan or and Lanita Edwards have won, I lost, but I can expose their lies and dishonesty because they actually helped set up the sting and I reported this to the Highest Authorities.
