Yes, I received an email from some kind of marketing scam indicating they could help me with my principals reduction on my mortgage. So I contacted the company and spoke with John Williams which is probabley a fake name to began with, I told him that there is no way he could help because only the ATTORNEY GENERAL in the state you reside in could help woth the principale reduction from the settlement that was received in Feb of 2012 for 26 billion. Once I told him that he went off the deep end and started telling me that screwed my mother and that if they want to scam people they will and get away with it. I tried to ask to speak to someone in charge and he continue to say cruel things over the phone and indicated that they have already stolen houndreds and thousands of dollars and that there is nothing i could do about it. I looked up the company WHOIS and it belongs to another person named

Also another number they are using is 888-344-9333, these people are pretty much close to the borader of tijuana, go figure im sure its so they can leave the country when the heat start coming on to them. I cant beleive there is such scams out there and the Governement lets them get away with it. If your a homeowner * PLEASE DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY, THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY, GO AND CONTACT YOUR ATTORNEY GENERAL OFFICE IN YOUR STATE AND NOTIFY THEM OF THIS SCAM AND THEY WILL EDUCATE YOU ON THE PROCESS OF A PRINCIPAL REDUCTION. NO COMPANY CAN HANDLE THE PRINCIPAL REDUCTION ONLY THE ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE.

MTGGUIDE.COM & MTG-GUIDE.COM ARE THE SAME COMPANY THEY ARE SCAM ARTIST DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY.

RESPONSE TO FALSE REPORT SUBMITTED BY COMPETITOR FRANCISCO SALVAT AND REGENCY FINANCIAL GROUP

#2REBUTTAL Owner of company

Fri, August 10, 2012

This report was submitted by a competing company, not a consumer.  Ripoff Report (ROR), by their own admission, does not verify whether or not a complaint is submitted by consumer or not.  We have requested that this report be removed, but ROR declined to do so, stating that RIPOFF REPORT DOES NOT REMOVE ANY POSTS, EVEN FALSE ONES LIKE THE REPORT AGAINST OUR COMPANY.

Our company was recently the subject of a ROR filed by John in Boca Raton, FL on July 26, 2012, Report #917886.  Based on our research and findings, this report was lodged by a competing business for the purposes of sullying our online reputation.  Though the gentleman has attempted to keep his identity hidden, his email address [email protected] appears on the first picture that he attached in the URL of the landing page associated with the complaint.  A simple search of that email address reveals that John is actually Francisco Salvat, owner and operator of Regencyfinancialgroup.com along with Robert Conner in Coral Springs and Boca Raton, FL.  Regencyfinancialgroup.com , according to various websites and their own press releases, sells a software system to customers looking for help modifying their mortgage. This software system is in direct competition with the product sold by our company.  A simple search of ROR or google for this company will point you to multiple reports, including Report #653535 on this site.  This report shows that Regency is a competitor of our company and a questionable one at that.  According to the WHOIS registry for www.theregencyfinancialgroup.com, it is owned by:
Robert Conner
6379 Landings Ter
Tamarac, Florida 33321
United States

A thorough search of our phone records for any and all calls from phone numbers associated with Mr. Salvat or Regency Financial Group on July 26, 2012 reveals that we did not receive any phone calls from Mr. Salvat or Regency on the day in question.  Additionally, Mr. Salvat alleges he spoke with an individual that was not in the office on the day in question.

Mr. Salvats report is in violation of the Terms and Conditions of the ROR site, which he had to agree to in order to file the report, which state in part that: You will NOT post on ROR any defamatory or illegal material or any material that infringes or violates another party's intellectual property rights. You will use ROR in a manner consistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations. By posting information on ROR, you warrant and represent that the information is truthful and accurate.  Mr. Salvat cannot warrant that his statements are truthful or accurate, as no phone conversation ever occurred.

If Mr. Salvat had a valid claim, we would work with him to solve the problem, if any.  Unfortunately, Mr. Salvat's complaint is a sham.
