I am the paraplegic woman referenced by my attorney regarding Whispering Wind Productions in a previous Ripoff Report post. I cannot work because of pain and live on Social Security and long term disability alone. I have been googling Matthew periodically in order to find him. I was excited to see the posts on this web site.

Another woman he conned in Oklahoma phoned me 2 years ago and told me of his incarceration in Tennessee for fraud.

I also learned from her of his multiple cons, all women he met in internet personal ads (including me). I hired an attorney to attempt to get some restitution, and was awarded a $535,000 judgement against him in an Oklahoma court for conning me out of my life savings, credit card charges, both authorized and unauthorized, with promises of repayment.

I have a signed and notarized Promissory Note saying he would repay $90,000 in $500 monthly installments on which he defaulted.

He repaid just enough to keep me from pressing charges for a few months. In another attempt to keep me quiet, he said he would pay my rent in lieu of the monthly payments. I didn't know he wasn't paying the rent until I got an eviction notice. I was forced to make the payments with a loan from a credit card.

I felt so stupid!! That was the last straw. When I finally accepted the fact that I was being conned, I move as far away as I could.

Because of him I was forced to file bankruptcy, virtually ruining my credit. I will be making payments to the IRS on the money I took from my IRA for him for the rest of my life, and don't have money to pay an attorney to attempt to get payment on the judgement awarded.

I was not surprised to get a phone call from the Security Exchange Commission soon after I learned of his incarceration.

I really admire the woman who is publicly fighting to get the money owed to her, and hope these posts will force this predator to stop victimizing unwary people and businesses.

I cannot work because of pain and live on Social Security and long term disability alone. I have been googling Matthew periodically in order to find him. I was excited to see the posts on this web site. I met Matthew on an internet dating site and developed what I considered a very serious intimate relationship. He encouraged me to invest money in his day trading venture, promising the possibility of huge returns. Over period of 3 years I had invested nearly all of my IRA savings and loaned him money on my credit cards, some authorized and some unauthorized. I even have a signed and notarized Promissory Note saying he would repay $90,000 in $500 monthly installments on which he defaulted. He repaid just enough to keep me from pressing charges for a few months. In another attempt to keep me quiet, he said he would pay my rent in lieu of the monthly payments. I didn't know he wasn't paying the rent until I got an eviction notice. I was forced to make the $1,500 rent payments with a loan from a credit card. I felt so stupid!! That was the last straw. When I finally accepted the fact that I was being conned, I move as far away as I could. I cannot work because of pain and live on Social Security and long term disability alone. I have been googling Matthew periodically in order to find him. I was excited to see the posts on this web site. I trusted him to "invest" money from my IRA, knowing that I would have to pay taxes on that money. He promised to pay the taxes and repay all of the money invested, plus all of the money earned on my investment. I have a signed and notarized Promissory Note saying he would repay $90,000 in $500 monthly installments on which he defaulted.
