Maximum Platinum SNEAKY SCAMMING COMPANY WITH THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! Carson Nevada
Ok so I was applying for cash advance and apparently I signed up for a credit card to shop online which I have not ever owned a credit card for anything nor do I want too and I didn't even know it until I checked my bank account when my rent check bounced because of 79.95 charge from this company! They were not helpful at all in refunding the monies knowing I did not agree to this card!
They say they sent a confirmation email which I did not receive because I delete every email I do not know unless I am expecting something which I was not because I had no clue I signed up for this the lady at the company when you call the number listed was extremly rude she says she was a supervisor but I think everyone there calls them selves that she would not give out the ceo's name she wouldn't even tell me when the company was established I wanted any info I could get considering She would not put anyone higher then her on the phone
I just wanted all the info I could recieve which she would not give because she knows this happens all day everyday I am sure! It is so frustrating because she was telling me it is irrelavent and call back when I have something relevent to say any company that is ligit would gladley give out any information because they hold pride in their company I am just so frustrated now because this sneaky company makes so much money doing this people who are struggling obviously they are appling for a loan they need money not someone taking money. I have three babies young and working full time I can not believe my house is now on the line because of a sneaky act! someone please tell me if you ever have resolved anything with this "company"
