Today, June 3, 2012, I received a money order from this company. If the money order is good, then I have been paid in full and this complaint has been resolved.
It has taken 7 months to get this complaint resolved.
My current blog will show that I have received payment in full and as of July 8, 2012 or thereabouts, the website will be discontinued. I will allow the website to lapse.
I no longer have an open complaint with this company.
I appreciate all the help the Ohio Attorney General has given to me.
I still warn consumers to use the BBB carefully if looking for a company to hire, second guess what you see on their website.

March is the fifth month of this ongoing complaint. I have received a partial payment from this company on March 9, 2012. I have deposited it, and if it clears, this company will owe me $510.00
They now owe me a balance of $510.00.
The original amount they owed me was $1510.00. They have given me 2 payments of $500.00 each over a 5 month period. 5 months. Be careful.

The company is, after all named for a member of the WEASEL family, Meerkat. Apparently no coincidence in that, if your case is for real.

Today is March 1, 2012. My complaint with the BBB is still open. My complaint with the Attorney General is still open. My Police Report is still open.
I have received a partial payment from this company (01-23-12) for 1/3 of what they owe me.
The business still has an A+ Rating and is still accredited according to the BBB website. My complaint is still not showing up as active, unresolved.
This is the fourth month of my unending nightmare. Please be cautious of this company.
