Melanie Hyer Keller Williams MIAMI Beach Lied to take our listing. Drastically reduced home. Miami Florida
Melanie Hyer was recommended by my sisters lawyer to sell our home. She signed a listing agreeement to sell the home for $700,000. As soon as she put the house on the market she convinced us to reduce the home down to $635,000. She admitted she only showed the home five times and only gave us offers from home flippers. The house on the neighborhood sell in the upper 600’s and as high as 750,000. She again tried to reduce our home down to $570,000. She did nothing to show our home And market it. All she wanted to do is drastically decrease the home and get a good deal for the home flippers by knocking off hundreds of thousands of dollars from our home. Melanie Hyer doesn’t work well with people. She doesn’t respond to texts or emails from clients. Melanie insulted me in an email calling me delusional and told my brother myself and my sister that people like us don’t deserve to get money we didn’t work for because our father passed away and left us are home. She has bias against people who are going through probate and she is insensitive to clients who have faced an unexpected death in the family. She’s very rude and she’s a con artist. She will reduce your home as low as she can. She won’t negotiate for you. Don’t bother to ask her business questions she will email you and personally attack you! Stay away!
