Memberwork, Inc. (aka MWI Connections) ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing! Omaha Nebraska
In checking my bank account I found charges of $14.95 submitted by MWI Connections, charges I had not authorized. I called the number that was referenced in my bank statement: 1-800-750-4364 to inquire what the charges were for and I was informed that these were charges for a so-called discounts.
I was informed that I should have received a so-called packet, which I never did. I began to explain that I had never authorized anything. I asked to speak to a supervisor. I spoke to a gentlman by the name of Zane and requested an explanation. He informed me I had authorized the charges when I had made a purchase back in September. (The only purchase I made then was for a health product, but I did not authorize anything else.) I asked to have my money reimbursed and he told me they did not refund any monies. This company is dishonest and should be stopped.
