i am going thru the same thing right now for my psp saying it is for a xmas present for his son who is living with his mother at the embassy. i got all the emails from merchant express. and its probably the same person too. he is a doctor in utah. etc etc same exact thing. i emailed him back and told him i wouldnt ship it until i had the money first and now he is threatening to come after me if i dont send it before i get my money. so i emailed him back saying i wanted to verify everything and nothing was open yer(its not even 7am) to which this dr emailed back saying thats ok you can do it tomorrow when things open up .i dont have time to be cheated by this im not trying to sell my stuff to sell it i just wanted an honest buyer to buy it asap so i could go home due to unforseen circumstance and after reading everything lookd like i was almost scamed.

The article that was written regarding Merchant Express and Dr. Briggs is referring to Merchants Express Money Order. You can go to http://www.memoco.com/ and read about their company. Again, wrong company. NOT Merchant Express it should have read 'Merchants Express Money Order.

First off you feel for the biggest scam thats been around for at least 10 years. Everyone knows you dont ship to Nigeria. Typical NY person goes off and blames everyone except themselves for what happen. First off the merchant processing company didnt scam you, you go off and blame everyone else besides yourself. The first thing any merchant processing company says, is ship it to the billable address of the credit card. Hello...you sign that on a contract! Didnt you ever think for second, guess not, that when people steal credit cards, the first thing they want you to do is ship it to another address other then the card holders billable address...why do you think that is! Non one is to blame except yourself, the only way fraud is initiated is if the person that ships out the item is stupid enough to fall for it! People can try to commit fraud left and right, but its up to you to finalize it. People nowadays want everything done for them and they are becoming lazy and lazier by the day! This one is 100% you and no one else!
