Metro Entertainment metroentertainment Ripped off by $556.36 South Windsor, Connecticut
Metro Entertainment posed as the Sprint Center in Kansas City, Mo. Their website had a picture of the Sprint Center along with all the shows at that venue. I was interested in going to the Madonna concert on October 30, 2012. I clicked on the Madonna link and it brought me to the seating chart with prices. Each ticket purchased was $158 with a service fee of $36.34 per ticket and shipping of $15. the grand total for four tickets was $792.36.
We just received the tickets just yesterday the prices listed on the tickets were $41.72 with a $14.00 service charge and tax for each ticket being $3.28. The total price for all four tickets should have been $236. This is a ripoff off $556.36.
I contacted Metro Entertainment about the extra expenses. They told me they never misrepresented their website and they are not going to refund the tickets. We are just wanting the difference in the ticket price to what we actually paid. They are a horrible company to deal with and they are internet ticket scalpers.
