These guys are very talented!!! I am opening a hair salon and need a little help from the govt. I got online to sign up for some grants and ran across this application for a loan. The website is very well put together. These guys are very smart. I filled out the app. and within two days a Mr. Michael Turner called and said I was approved for no less than 25K. I was soooo excited at first but then started to wonder how it was so easy. He said the govt loves helping people like me and it's close to the end of their grant year so there is a lot of money left they have to give to people. He insisted I send him $449 immediatly. He said if I didn't he was going to give the loan to someone else. I called the BBB and they said these guys have no office. The address is a MAIL DROP. So you send them money and never hear anything again. They work out of their house. They have an unlisted number and a mail drop!!! What IDIOTS. Please be careful and don't give the scumbags at MGR your money!!!

MGR Is A Company Just Waiting To Take Our Money!!

#2Consumer Comment

I am a MGR Victim. I have done everything everyone else has but now I actually have ftc.gov, filed a report on this company not even paying taxes, false advertising, having said in their website of having been in existence for 11 years when the site has just been made in February, 2006. Do not trust this company. In their very bad formed Contract is says they will refund the entire amount paid with 3 Denial letters of companies not giving a grant to me. I have those 3 denial letters, called MGR Solutions and they won't even return my phone call. I have got a couple of organizations and the FTC to overlook what may be going on with MGR Solutions. Don't trust this company in anyway what so ever. They will not refund your money even with what their contract has said you need to try to get a refund. If ANY MGR EMPLOYEE is reading this, do call me at my number (((ROR removed because of security purposes))) And by the way MGR Solutions, I have not hesitated and never gone through suing a company without getting the money I paid back. Since it is less then $2,000.00 American Dollars, and by law anyone that owes someone else that amount or less can send the company (MGR) or a person to small claims court. Don't worry Small Claims Court does not cost anything at all. It has no need for a lawyer just you and the company or person that owes you along with a judge. At small claims court you are there with the judge and ... with your testimony and saved contracts and 3 denial letters can get your money back. MGR Solutions: PRESS RELEASE June 06, 2006 - Michael Bollen, Public Relations Officer

Wed, June 07, 2006

Wednesday, June 06, 2006 For immediate release Contact: Michael Bollen Public relations Officer [email protected] It has come to our attention over the past several days that a few individuals have posted on www.ripoffreport.com condoning our good corporate name with innuendos, inaccuracies and malicious and misleading statements. http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/ripoff192512.htm http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/ripoff192742.htm http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/ripoff193414.htm We wish to set the record straight. MGR Solutions is a privately held corporation and not publicly traded. We are a for profit company; as part of our activities we offer financial guidance for both personal and small business related matters. Many corporations in America use mailing addresses for a variety of reasons. We are no different than the any corporation in America in this regard. Many of our existing clients have mailing addresses along with many citizens in America. Since these posts are directly related to financial assistance available through private or government agencies, we wish to elaborate on this widely used word. In fact ?grants? is just a word and many forms of assistance are available from a variety of private and government programs and go by other names, including for example, ?subsidies?, ?insurance?, ?awards?, ?preferential loans? etc. The complex vocabulary used by government agencies and other entities is one reason why so many find it difficult to identify the programs that could be of assistance to them. The following is but a very brief chronology of how we follow up with potential clients. 1. Each and every applicant contacts us first. 2. We do an overall assessment of the application before verbally communicating with the applicant 3. We clearly identify to the applicants on our first contact that we are not a government agency of any kind, nor do we represent them. . 4. We then do a further discover/analysis with the applicant to determine their needs and if we can assist them. We chose not to proceed with many applicants because their expectations or request are unattainable or beyond our scope. 5. If the situation permits we then inform the client that we are prepared to work with them or we contact them again after reviewing their file. 6. We then inform the client of the appropriate fee with respect to the work required to prepare their file. 7. If the applicant wishes to proceed we then send them a disclosure document. The document states the importance of the client's cooperation in providing all necessary collateral materials, along with a written warranty, stating a full refund of our fee if we fail in obtaining results. (Applicants are always given options to consider, and that they can apply for assistance on their own for free.) We wish to confirm that our advisors are trained to rapidly determine if a potential applicant has a reasonable request with regards to financial assistance and the type of service that we can provide to them. However there are a small segment of applicants who do get upset that we charge a fee and are simply looking for free services or advice. With all applicants we do provide generic information and our advisors are trained to be considerate, helpful, and conduct business under a very strict code of ethics and policies. We conduct internal audits and focus groups in order to improve our commitment to serving the community at large. As for the BBB of Huston we have contacted them and tried to update our file, but for reasons beyond our understanding this has not been done. The BBB of Houston has been less then stellar in their performance to date, which leads us to believe that their organization is deficient with regards to our file. These posts are being used to blemish a spotless and untarnished name. If there is one shred of evidence that we are not a good corporate citizen then please submit the facts rather than wild and reckless accusations that are unfounded!
