I brought a copy of the Tubeinator which I believe Michelle MacPhearson is involoved with . It did not work from day one. I filed a help desk report and got a reply on the 10th of March 2009 Tubinator has encountered an error "We are currently working on a fix for the Tubeinator issue you are experiencing - unfortunately, it's effecting some people and not others, so it's a bit difficult to track down. We will have an update out for you as soon as possible, and you will be emailed when that update is available for download." The problem is the version before did not work also. Then after 10 days of waiting for a fix, I asked for a refund and at the time of posting I have never heard from the company after the advise to use the previous version of Tubeinator. 17 days ago They just ignore the tickets. I work for Michelle Stahl / Michelle MacPhearson. I have read this Ripoff Report and her rebuttal and I just wanted to comment that I agree with her rebuttal 100% and have full information and knowledge to do so. Everything she wrote about Badder Adder and her emailing everyone to let them know about the situation and MySpace's pressure upon owners of that and like software is 100% accurate and true. Not only do I work with her, I'm on the mailing list (I get the same emails everyone else does), I use her products and I'm an affiliate. So I got the same email she referred to in her rebuttal that was emailed to everyone. And I laughed (and rolled my eyes) when I read the "I'm going underground" comment because as she said in her rebuttal, that was used out of context completely. Further, I assist with processing affiliate information and, again as she said, there are oftentimes incorrect or missing information in affiliate accounts and we do follow up to try to obtain the correct information. We're not going to hire a PI to find you or your information, be for real. I've been working with her for approximately 8 months or so and I find her to be an honest, fair, smart and savvy person. In dealing with support issues and the public in general, I find that everytime anyone runs into one little problem or thing they just don't like all of the sudden the person they are dealing with is a con artist, a rip off artist, a scammer or whatever. Sorry, that's just simply not the case. Just because you're not happy about something doesn't make the other person a terrible person or a person with "past history of Internet abuses." Michelle Stahl / Michelle MacPhearson is as honest of a person, Internet marketer, business woman, etc. as you can come by and has way more happy customers and affiliates than unhappy ones. I guess the old saying is true "you'll never make EVERYONE happy".

(1) The software checks our server to see that you have a licensed version. A message was sent to all customers on April 11 alerting them of a problem reaching our server. The message has been copied & pasted below for your reference. As of Fri. April the software was once again able to reach our servers. We, of course, apologize for 2-3 days of downtime. That said, all customers were notified & updated of the situation as it occurred, and it was promptly resolved. Here is the message sent April 11: --------------------------------- I was in for emergency oral surgery yesterday, and apologize for not getting this message to you sooner. Many of you are receiving a message that your copy of Badder Adder is a demo - even though you've already purchased the product, and have been using it successfully. The problem has a very long explanation, which I'll get into below for those of you that are curious. The short answer is - it should be fixed within the next several days. ***** The long answer ***** The BA software checks the badderadder.com domain to make sure your have a licensed copy. That domain, badderadder.com was registered at Registerfly. Registerfly has effectively gone under, and I was unable to renew the domain, or transfer it to another registrar. For about 3 months I have been trying to get an authorization code from Registerfly to move the domain elsewhere. I've also paid for the renewal of the domain 4 times at Registerfly, each time the money was debited from my account but the renewal wasn't successful. The domain expired April 8 and went offline. Each time your software checked badderadder.com to see if it was a licensed version, it basically couldn't get there, so it popped up that message to you - saying it was a 30 minute demo, etc. Fortunately, on Monday (April 9) I got a hold of a support rep at Registerfly and was given the Authorization code that will allow the domain to be moved to another registrar. On Tuesday morning, before I went in for oral surgery, I called my new Registrar and checked that the Authorization code given to me by Registerfly was working, since I didn't see the domain in my account yet. The support rep at my new registrar told me that it looks like it was successful, and now they are just waiting for Registerfly to release the domain. He told me that it should be released within the next few days - that Registerfly was being slower then normal with it, but they were releasing domains. So, that's what I'm waiting on - Registerfly to release the domain to my new registrar. At which point the domain will "go" where it's supposed to, and your software will be able to verify that you do indeed have a paid copy. If you have domains with Registerfly, or are curious about all the problems they're having, you can visit http://www.registerflies.com . I hope that clears things up - and rest assured, your software will continue to work as soon as the domain is transferred successfully. Best, Michelle MacPhearson revolutiontilt.com -------------- (2) I, nor any representative of Badder Adder, has ever posted in ANY blog regarding it's status. (3) I, nor any representative of Badder Adder, has posted in a blog that "were a lot of support questions coming in from people who were using cracked-non working versions of her software." An email was sent out to that effect about 10 months ago. I hardly see how that makes the software a rip-off, when in fact someone was reselling it without permission and violating my own intellectual property rights. (4) You ask "...why take my $50 and shut me down without response to my E-mails." See #1 above - there was a 2-3 day downtime last week, you have not been "shut down." (5) Email subject titled "I'm Going UnderGround" was about attending a seminar called the "Underground Online Seminar." Please don't insinuate otherwise. Message as it was sent to customers is below: -------------------- I've been hearing from Willie Crawford since I got started online that the best way to network, grow your business, and make friends is to attend seminars. Now, part of the reason I work at home is 'cause I don't want to have to be out and about all the time. I like working in my pajamas! But when Yanik Silver asked me to present at his Underground Online Seminar in Washington DC, I really couldn't say no. Although the Underground seminar is already sold out (has been for weeks), if you're interested in getting on the update list for the next event you can do so here: www.undergroundonlineseminar.com I'll be speaking on some "out of the box" MySpace marketing strategies - not the typical affiliate promotion you've heard of. New, fresh stuff applicable to newbie & seasoned marketers. If you happen to be attending the Underground this weekend, hit "Reply" to this message and let me know. Let's do lunch! Best, Michelle MacPhearson revolutiontilt.com ------------------------------ (6) While I was able to find your customer record within our database, I was not able to find an affiliate record for you. (Mike or Michael in La Vergne, Tennessee or searching via the email you used when you purchased). If you have used a different name or perhaps a company name, I would be happy to further review your affiliate payment complaint. All payments are sent via US Mail, and we do occasionally have one returned for improper address or other errors when an affiliate entered their postal info. We then follow up via email to obtain the correct address, but have a few outstanding who have not replied to those emails. As such, yours could be waiting for an updated address. You are always welcome to email affiliates AT revolutiontilt DOTCOM to inquire about affiliate payments or continue this conversation. Please be sure to whitelist our email address as well to be certain our replies are received. Best, Michelle MacPhearson
