Still waiting for the refundable deposit from many months
ago. Won't return calls or emails. See below their mission statement and
ethical behavor. What a joke!
MicroCap's Mission Statement: We function as Brokers and Deal-Makers through
well-trained employees who are scrupulously honest, fair and consistent, with
unquestionable work-ethic and relentless determination in assisting both the
buyer and the seller to achieve their goals.
Our model for perfectly ethical behavior: "Do onto others as you would

Wow, they are still at it? The good Dr. and his band of
merry man! Be warned this company and it's CEO, or whatever he is calling
himself these days HAVE NO EXPERIENCE, they have closed 1 deal in the almost 2
years (not 3, another lie) in business.
The Head of this company is delusional and lies so much
he actually starts to believe it. His experience is in overpriced tutoring not
investments or business brokering, though he will tell you differently. He is a
con man, bottom line if you give him money up front, he will spend it on
vacations, cell phones and rent that is way past due.
If you give him a "good faith" or "earnest
money" deposit it goes in his general account, split up amongst the few
people he has left and to bail himself out, then whatever is left is used for a
much needed vacation. Telling lies and conning people is very tiring. Be
warned. To the other reviewer that got ripped off, file a complaint with the DA
in Philadelphia and the State, also use any resource available on the internet
to make his business life difficult. This will warn people about this shady
outfit.

You call yourself Christian but you have no idea about the value of Christianity.
Your business ethics do not resemble what you think you are, a Christian.
I'm not here to judge, but only here to inform others about this Con Business and your real reputation as con men. Both Husband and Wife like their money too much. Proverbs 28:20"A faithful man will abound with blessings, but he who hastens to be rich will not go unpunished."
Your bible verse "Do onto others as you would have them do onto you" (James 2:8) well i hope all the cheating you guys have done to others and the way you have treated them turns back onto you.

Question to Rachel in Anchorage,
How could an employee be fired for stealing funds, when your company had none?
The only stealing done was what you did to your clients!
And no not a disgruntled employee who was fired, nice try though.
Good job with the .50 word at the end.
As of 12/7/2011 the website is down, so I guess it caught up with you. Now back to some other scam I am sure. Once a con man always a con man!
