I have been a member of Bing Rewards for a few years and have not had any issues until recently. I tried for two months to redeem points and enter contests(as I had done many times before) and received an email informing me that there was a problem with my entry. Tried a few more times with the same results. Sent them emails and received responses to them(see emails and responses below). They ended up telling me that I had violated one of their rules from a list of possibilities they gave me. They refused to tell me which rule I violated for "security reasons". I figure they could not fix the problem so they booted me out of the rewards program and stole my accumulated rewards points. I would not be surprised to learn that they gave my points to one of their friends to use. I also wonder how many others have received this treatment.
This is the first major issue I have ever had with Microsoft. Needless to say, I removed all my emails from Outlook(which I had also been using for a while) and adopted a new email address. I am keeping my account open until I am sure that all of my contacts have been notified with my new address.

All this is absolutely not true. You evidently cannot solve my issue and are using this as a smokescreen to disguise that fact. I have never done any of the things that you have listed in your email and never intend to. Specifically, which one am I accused of violating? Your multiple choice effort shows that you do not know what you are talking about. If this is not corrected and my account restored, I will file formal complaints with Microsoft and any one else who will listen. Please have a supervisor get in touch with me at 704-970-8584 between 8AM and 5PM( in case I am not available, I have voice mail on that number). Also, my cell number is 980-622-0683 and I also have voice mail on that number as well. I am a 67 year old retiree and I refuse to be labelled as some kind of crook. This is a load of crap. MSN has had a lot of issues over the years that I have commented on and most of them have never been fixed. You're not so great either. Up to this point, I have just lived with your moronic systems. But now I intend to fight back. Your ignorance is no reason for getting rid of my account.

Please provide any additional detail here:
This is the second month in a row that this has happened. I received NO RESPONSE from several of these reporting a problem features then. When I try to redeem credits for entry into a contest, the initial redemption screen shows the deduction from my total. When I go back to the Bing screen, the points reflect no deduction and after a few minutes, I receive an email stating that there was an issue with my recent order and I have no entries. Is this not an issue with anyone else? Please fix this so I can use my credits or at least send me a response to let me know what is going on. How could this go on for months with many requests to fix it without any action on your part?
