Midnight Sun And Cruise Greedy, Dishonest, Unnapreciative, Rip Off, Discrimination Holland Michigan
Midnight Sun and Cruise is a poor exucse for a company. I was employed through Exotic Tan previously for quite some time, and they "merged" with another tanning chain, a larger one. (Midnight Sun) Since the merge everything went to hell. This company cares only about money, not their clients. Since the "merge" we underwent new ownership and rules changed. This company forces their employees to tan at least twice a week and if you do not you get suspended temporarily. Yet an employee of color was NOT made to oby by this rule. You have to drive an hr for training seminars in which you are not paid, yet required. When one girl had a family member pass away the manager would not cover her shift. They constantly lose banking information on clients and charge clients for their screw ups.
In a 3 month span at one salon they have goen through about 8 employees due to poor management and a very rude manager that no one wants to work for. Yet they refuse to see this and do not call anyone who complains or writes a letter of complaint back. Very unprofessional. Let it be known that 4 girls were let go for a MANAGERS mistake, and are "banned" from any location. However, one of the girls has signed up for a monthly membership and is being let tan while the others who got let go for the same thing have tried and been denied. Can we say DISCRIMINATION?
