Midway Jeep Chrysler Collision Center Poor auto body work which they are trying say no fault Ripoff San Diego California
If you like your vehicle, stay away from this body collision shop. This is to be a 5 Star Dealership collision shop for auto body repair. I took my Jeep to this "chop shop" and they had it for two months. I got the Jeep back with more scratches than it had when I took it in, there was pain on the door handle, the inside and one of the panels wasn't cleaned very well in the seam. These people were too lazy to take the unzip the windows and take them off of the Jeep. These people simply let the top down and left the down for two months. They took the doors off and stripped the paint of the bolts, lied about everything including the holes in the seat covers. The holes in the seat covers are from someone who smokes. I don't smoke nor do I let passengers smoke. When I drove up and saw one of the workers smoking while working on a car, I probably should have made a T turn and turned around.
Now one of th panels is coming apart and this is suppose to be a welded piece. The denial is already starting with the company. I called this morning to be greated with some sarcastics b*****d who didn't even want to give his name. What really makes me angry is that this place does NOT guarantee it's work for life and now I have to lose time from work to go down to the shop and listen to the excuses. The shop has been paid by the insurance company, why can't they do good work? I would have been better off taking it to a shop across the border now that I end up coming back a year later.
