No reply from "customer service" from any of the resources listed below after two phone calls and numerous emails:

After purchasing the:
Magnetic Sponsoring Book
and
MLM Traffic Formula
the "congrats" email arrived advising the use of http://www.GetMagneticSponsoring.com
to sign up as an affiliate by entering the email used when ordering the above mentioned materials.
Did that and kept getting the following message:
This email is already subscribed as a trial or member
So, then I go to "Login" enter email (same as when purchasing) and get the following:
Incorrect Login or Password. Please try again.
Natural next step is to go to: Forgot password?
Did that and get:
Your credentials has been sent to ( . . . )@yahoo.com. Thank you.
Minutes, hours and days go by but no reply to the above in my inbox.
Nope. Not happening.
Even though the email included the following statement;
Thank you again for your order. If you have any questions, please do
not hesitate to contact us using the information below. If you contact us
regarding this order, please quote your Order ID # 100xxxxxxxxx

there have been zero replies at numerous attempts to contact them.
So, hopefully, someone reading this knows of a way to actually get a reply from Mike Dillard's customer service besides having to actually take up pen and paper and create a snail mail letter to:
