I had received numerous phone calls from this person (Mike J Anderson and others stating that an arrest warrant was going to be issued if I did not contact them. I called them back the first time and aske to have something sent to me in writing by mail stating the circumstances of my non compliance in paying a loan back. They stated they could not do that because it was done online. I told them that I would not be sending anything unless I had something with my signature obligating me to this non payment of loan.
Now I have received an email with an offical looking document attached which is a warrant for my arrest, by Mike J Anderson, from the State Attorneys Office, Los Angeles, CA 90013. Addressed to Any authorized law enforement officer, an pllication by a federal law enforement officer or an attorney for the government requests to arrest the following person for money laundering.
I am going to call my local police department and see if they can do anything about this.

I just submitted my own complaint with the exact same document as you posted on your complaint. I perhaps picked the wrong category to file my complaint under. I used ...Collection agencies and Attorney General office. I should have tagged my complaint under internet , same as your complaint. I recieved the exact same false document attached to an email stating there was a Warrent issued for my arrest? For what? nothing. I did not or never have committed a crime. I reside in the State of Michigan, and this scammer who sent me the email..his name is Roger Clark. His email address is [email protected] He claimed to resprent the office of Mike J. Anderson, State Attorney office, Los Angleles, CA. 90013. Ph. # 818-584-7902. I am tired of being harassed and threatened in some attempt to extort money from me. These people , whoever they need to be stopped.

Sorry but an arrest warrent is NOT going to have information on it so that you can PAY THEM. Its a fake. NO Law Enforcment Agency is EVER going to email a warrent. Email is NOT secure. It is CLEARLY a "Type sheet". Which means that they enter your information or ANY information they like such as names and charges. I would fu(k with them a little.
Call them back an tell them your attorney has contacted the California State Attorney General and the AG has found that the email is bogus and has asked for more information as to who sent the form. Let their imagination mess with them. THEY know its a scam and it is HIGHLY ILLEGAL for ANYONE to represent themselves as a Law Enforcment officer OR agency.
Now we need to address the loan issue. Did you NOT payback a loan you have taken? Do you owe money to anyone? If you have defaulted on a loan, you need to work with them and pay it so these incidents dont happen. If you owe money to a company, I would suggest the same. Work WITH them to pay them back. If you have not a loan.
