I purchased a vehicle from Mike's Trucks and Cars. Less than a year after the purchase the motor had to be replaced. At the time the work was being done the mechanic ask if I new the vehicle have been recked. I was informed by the salesperson at the time of purchase the the vehicle had never been recked.
I called the owner of Mike's Trucks and Car's and was informed that he was not responsible for knowing the car was recked. Florida law states that he is responsible.

In most states auto dealers are required to disclose if a vehicle has been salvaged, rebuilt or damaged in a flood.
The sales rep may have been unaware of the vehicle’s history.
What Florida Statute states that auto dealers are required to disclose prior accidents?
