My fianc and I ordered wedding bands at Milanj. Less than 24 hours later my fianc had a change of heart and wanted to return the wedding band she ordered for me. After contacting the store the owner (Milanj) claimed that the ring could not be refunded because it was "custom ordered". The problem is that the only "custom" part of the order was the ring SIZE, nothing else. The sales person (Jared) did not inform us that the ring was considered "custom" because it had to be sized and after checking various other REPUTABLE establishments we determined that this is not an industry practice. I encourage anyone shopping for jewelry to stay away from these stores; you will most likely be ripped off.
