This organization sells an e-book on Milton Erickson's writings and works. Their website address is: http://www.copingwithstress.net. I recently made a purchase from their website to download an e-book. The website promises upon payment a download link will be sent by e-mail so that the buyer can download the e-book. I have yet to get this download link. They have not responded to numerous e-mail inquiries.
I am reporting this organization for fraud. I do not recommend that anyone patronize this organization. They are simply a fraud.

They finally sent me the download link. I have successfully downloaded the e-book. I am satisfied with the e-book. I have no further complaints to make of this organization.
