I purchased a vehicle from Miracle. During the test drive I discovered the check engine light was on. Prior to purchasing the vehicle I was assurred by the company that the vehicle would be checked and any needed repairs would be done. However, when I took the car back to be repaired Miracle replaced only the brakes. It is now known that the car's transmission and engine are in dire need of repair. I spoke with the service manager who informed me that the service department had not checked the vehicle prior to the car being put on the lot for sale. In fact, no-one in the service department had even seen the vehicle prior to my bringing it in for repair. I spoke with both the sales manager and general sales manager. Both refused to make good on their promise. I have since filed claims with Tennessee consumer affairs division, as well as the Nashville BBB. In addition to the mechanical problems, Miracle has actually contacted claiming a fictitious Promissary agreement in an attempt to extort $700 more for a down-payment. Two weeks prior to my purchase my daughter purchased a 2007 Chrysler Sebring from the same dealership. Her brand new vehicle has been in the service center on four seperate occasions. Miracle refuses to put her in a new vehicle even though she has had this car for less than one month. They are brazen in the demeanor. I should have been suspicious of this dealership when it's special finance manager attempted to persuade me sign a contract with a doctored mileage agreement in order to have the car financed according to the finance company's strict mileage guidelines. Rodney Sweeney actually asked me to sign the form, knowingly attempting to defraud the finance company.

"Car Dealer" Enough said!

I believe that Miracle Chrysler is no different than any other scam artist. I just received a promotional mailer (Junk Mail) touting their "NATIONWIDE UNCLAIMED VEHICLE EVENT!" with a lottery style scratch off ticket that says if I scratch off 3 cars in a row "YOU WIN!" (Of course mine was a winner!) but they never specifically say WHAT you win. It says "Guaranteed winner of 1 of 4 prizes" and shows 4 pictures of some really cool stuff, and $1000 cash, but it NEVER says that they are actually prizes related to this promotion, and they are way over on the other side of the page. What a load of crap!

I did some research and there are marketing companies that specialize in these promotions for GATHERING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION! They use the information for sales leads which they compile into a huge database and no doubt sell at a profit, and in this case Miracle Chrysler will use to torture you with sales calls by various vermin car salesmen. They get around the "do not call list" laws because you willingly establish a business relationship by entering the confirmation number from the mailer. The marketing companies say on their website that ALL of the scratch off cards APPEAR to be a winner, and require you to call a special phone number and enter your "Confirmation Code" which ties your phone number to the promotional mailing. And heres the kicker, If a scumbag car salesman actually makes a sale off the promotion (they can tell by the confirmation number you provide). The salesman gets a big check!

So my point here is that I would be more inclined to believe the customer that is complaining. Anyone that has to stoop to such levels to draw people in, and hide behind minute technicalities that exempt these vermin from prosecution, does not deserve a penny from any smart consumer. Every time I drive by a new car dealer that has closed down due to the economic downturn, I enjoy a brief moment of extreme pleasure. Of course I feel pain for the innocent support staff such as secretaries and mechanics and such, but to know that there is one less dirtbag, lying car salesman plying his craft is purely orgasmic.

Miracle Chrysler Dodge Jeep Inc. tried very hard to please this customer. We paid for repairs on this vehicle to a dealership in Clarksville, Tenn. to ensure that this vehicle was repaired. There was never any type of doctored mileage in this vehicle sale. Miracle Chrysler Dodge Jeep Inc. is a five star dealer and always conducts its business practices in this manner. We paid for the neccessary repairs for this customer and as always tried to satisfy this customer.
